Pest Control Service – Top Rated in Ohio
Our bed bug heat treatment is a pure heat solution that does not contain any harmful or unhealthy chemicals. Bed bugs and eggs perish after 90 minutes at 118°F (48°C) or instantly at 122°F (50°C). The air temperature in the room is normally between 135°F (57. 2°C) and 145°F (62. 7 °C) during a heat treatment. Our powerful and quick heat treatment approach means no chemicals, quick kill times, and, most importantly, only one visit to your house or company. A pest management professional will bring in specifically developed equipment to elevate the temperature in your home to kill the bed bugs.
Green Valley Wildlife Solutions bed bug heat treatments not only get rid of bed bugs the first time, but they are also environmentally friendly. Depending on the state of the region being treated, a heat treatment might last anywhere from six to eight hours. Remote thermometers will be installed throughout the house to guarantee that the proper temperatures are attained, and we will closely monitor the thermometers to ensure that it gets hot enough to kill bed bugs.
There is no need for any additional visits (though we always do a follow up inspection; another heat treatment is only rarely ever needed). Heat eliminates all life stages of bed bugs, from egg to adult, and leaves no residuals. If you suspect you have bed bugs in your house, you have two major options for getting rid of these pesky little insects: heat treatment and chemical treatment. Your bed bugs will be gone in a single day, rather than weeks, which means that the residents of your house or business will not have to be evacuated many times over the course of a few months, nor will they be troubled by the recurrent preparation required before each visit. Because only a single heat treatment is required, heat is a particularly convenient technique to get rid of bed bugs. A heat therapy requires only one treatment visit and can be completed in a single day. The bed bugs heat treatment is an excellent choice for homeowners and business owners looking for an environmentally friendly alternative.
It is vital to note, however, that some items cannot be left inside during a heat treatment—take anything that could potentially melt, as well as your pets. Pesticides used to eliminate bed bugs may require up to three administrations to be effective, and they are frequently applied in conjunction with other treatments. While pesticide treatments are popular and frequently more cost-effective, heatigation means less recurrent and intrusive chemical treatments and a lot less effort spent on your part—plus it’s environmentally beneficial. If you want to get rid of bed bugs, the most effective method is to use a bed bug heat treatment. Heat treatment is more expensive than traditional home cures, but it is significantly more effective, usually from the first application. Heat treatment for bed bugs eliminates the need for long-term pesticide evacuations or the disposal of afflicted furniture and personal possessions. It might be extremely tough to get rid of bed bugs. Simply put, heat treatment is less difficult than chemical treatment, and you get to keep your belongings. Contact Green Valley Wildlife Solutions for a precise pricing estimate for your specific bed bug problem. To do a bed bug heat treatment successfully, certain very specialized equipment is required, which is too expensive to obtain for treating your home yourself (if you actually wanted to do this). The cost of thermal remediation therapy will vary depending on the severity and location of your bedbug problem.
Heat treatment is the most effective bed bug treatment. Be sure to choose a professional service that has a history of positive feedback, read our reviews!

About Granville, Ohio
Granville is a village in Licking County, Ohio, United States. The population was 5,646 at the 2010 census. The village is located in a rural area of rolling hills in central Ohio. It is 35 miles (56 km) east of Columbus, the state capital, and 7 miles (11 km) west of Newark, the county seat.
Granville is home to Denison University. The village has a number of historic buildings, including Greek Revival structures like the Avery Downer House, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church (1837) and others. The Buxton Inn (1812), the Granville Inn (1924), Bancroft House (1834) and Bryn Du Mansion are local landmarks.
Evidence of Ancient and Native Settlements
There is evidence of ancient settlement in the Village and Township as represented by the historic mounds in the region. Alligator Mound lies within the boundaries of the Village, another small mound is located in Salt Run Park, and an early settlement site has been conserved by the Granville Township Trustees in Raccoon Valley Park. Infirmary Mound Park, which is located just south of the Village and managed by the Licking Park District, is named for the prehistoric “Infirmary Mound” located on the grounds. The earliest peoples inhabiting this area were the Hopewell Native Americans, who were responsible for many of the earthworks in Licking County including the Alligator Mound in Granville.
At the time the first white European settlers arrived, approximately in 1800, there was only one sizeable Native-American settlement remaining in the county. It was a Wyandotte settlement located near Johnstown in Monroe Township, in the northwestern section of the county.
Establishment and Settlement of Granville
Granville Township was surveyed in 1797 as part of the U.S. Military District. These were lands set aside for those who had served in the Revolutionary War. Land was acquired, according to an act of Congress in 1796, in units of 4,000 acres. This stipulation may explain why Granville Township was laid out in a five-mile square of 16,000 acres instead of a six-mile square, which is far more common in Ohio.
There were two groups of people who settled in the Granville area during the first decade of the 19th century and they left a lasting imprint on the physical character that defines Granville’s distinctive sense of place.
The first to arrive were the Welsh, as 4,000 acres in the northeast quadrant of the township were sold to Sampson Davis, a Welshman living in Philadelphia. In 1801, he sold 1,800 of his acres to Thomas Philipps and Theophilus Rees, two men who left homes in Wales in 1795 and settled briefly in Philadelphia before moving to Beulah, in Cambria County, Pennsylvania (about eighty miles east of Pittsburgh). Prior to the earliest Welsh settlers arriving in the township in 1802, there were squatters on land, but the Welsh were the first settlers to own the deeds to the land that they occupied. Most of the population of Beulah eventually followed Philipps and Rees to Ohio. This area of the township still bears the imprint of the early settlers by the Welsh names given to the roads – Jones Road, Welsh Hills Road,
